While we may not be able to come together for keiko, we are keeping connected by doing suburi four times a week coupled with High Intensity Interval Training to ensure we come back strong.
Join us for e-suburi and High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT).
Every Tuesdays and Thursdays, 7pm Every Saturday and Sundays, 6pm
